Solid pistol grip capo, no issues

This is a good capo, able to hold the strings down without buzzing and with a solid heft to it. It is pistol grip, so you need to pull your hand back to open it, and it does grip tightly, so strings may shift intonation slightly. All expected for a standard capo. The rubber appears well bonded to the metal, so expect many good years with this one.

Solid Guitar Capo That Just Works - Great Value

Really impressed by the Aroma Professional Guitar Capo. It’s sturdy without being heavy, and the spring tension is spot on—it keeps the strings evenly pressed when playing in alternate keys with no buzzing or fuss. What I love is how quickly I can clip it on or take it off with just one hand. No fiddling, no readjusting—just set it and start playing. Compared to my old capo, this one feels like a serious upgrade. I didn’t have to mess around with positioning or crank it to keep the strings down—it just works right out of the gate consistently. It’s built well and feels like it’ll hold up whether you’re a weekend strummer or gigging regularly. Definitely one of those small pieces of gear that makes a big difference

Good basic Capo with lots of grip!

This is a good looking Capo that works well. It is a bit on the tight side, but it grips well and compresses the strings very well and does not slip at all. It is a pretty basic model, but there isn't much to a capo and this one performs well. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that it feels very stiff - perhaps stiffer than it needs to be. But it does work and ultimately that is what matters. It would be a problem if it wasn't strong enough to hold down the strings, but it definitely does that job well.Overall, I would definitely recommend this Capo for the price - it is very reasonably priced and does what it is supposed to do, while looking professional and attractive while doing it.

The nicest capo I own

I have 4 or five capos around at any given time, but this one is my new favorite. The spring isn't too stiff, but it's stiff enough to hold in place and fret every string. I really like the silver finish on it and the more modern design, compared to my other capos. It's also lightweight, which is nice. Overall, this is a really nice capo for a really good price. I have several Aroma products, and they never disappoint!
