Do you ship internationally?
At Aroma Music, we currently ship within the United States only.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location.International orders may take 7–20 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse our store, select the items you’d like, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, head to your cart and click “Check Out”. You’ll be guided through a secure checkout process where you can enter your shipping and payment information.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder — or contact us at [your email].
How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

Are Aroma products compatible with all guitar types?
Most of our products are designed for standard 6-string acoustic and electric guitars. Our capos, tuners, and wireless systems are also compatible with bass guitars, ukuleles, and other stringed instruments — depending on the model. Please check the product description for specific compatibility.
Will your capo damage my guitar neck or finish?
No. Aroma capos use soft silicone contact pads to protect your guitar’s neck and ensure a secure grip without causing scratches or pressure marks.
Do your tuners support alternate tunings?
Yes — our clip-on tuners feature chromatic mode, allowing you to tune to any key or alternate tuning style. Whether you're in standard tuning, drop D, or open G, Aroma tuners are accurate and easy to use.
